One Direction is my favorite band because I love the music and the way they achieve their goals. The name One Direction is a great name for a group. I think it means they need perseverance to make their goal to be famous.
There are 5 members of the group and their names are: Harry, Liam, Niall, Zayn and Louis. My favorite is Harry because he is the most beautiful and he loves his sister. The journey for One Direction changed in the year 2010 when they were on the tv program "The X Factor." They became very famous.
I love the music. I especially like the songs "One Way or Another," "What Makes You Beautiful" and "Best Son Ever." This music makes me feel happy when I am sad. I have the music in my phone and I listen with my friends. I want to see the movie "This is us."
One Direction inspires me because they are so talented and successful and they work very hard to make their goals.
I HOPE THEY HAVE A CONCERT IN COSTA RICA AND HARRY SINGS FOR ME !!!!
Hello, Welcome to my blog!
I am Maricruz Quintana. I live in Costa Rica in the rain forest. I am 11 years old, and I am in 5th grade. I have a lot of friends and I am in a school band. We are practicing for the Independence Day Parade. In this blog I will tell about me, my family, my friends and my hobbies.
My favorite hobbies are staying with my friends, watching movies and riding horses. My favorite types of movies are romantic movies like "Twilight" and comedies such as "Grown Ups 1 and 2." I also love to ride horses. My family has a tour company called Hacienda Pozo Azul in La Virgen de Sarapiqui. We have tours for ziplining, rafting, rapeling and horseback riding. My horses names are Mikaela and Pochajontas. I mostly like to go horseback riding with my family.
I have many friends in my school and in my town. I like to go roller skating with all of my friends and I like to have pijama parties with my girlfriends. I like the recess time at school because I love to hang out with my friends.
My family is very important to me. I live with my sister, her name is Lucia. My mom's name is Gabriela and my Father's name is Alberto. I love all my family, they are so special to me because they support me and love me. I have many grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Most of my family live in Costa Rica and some of them live in the U.S.A.
Now I am studying English and this blog is a good practice for me.
